Supporting members through mentoring
- Personalized guidance: Provide a listening ear and individualized support to one or more mentees, helping them define and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
- Sharing experience: Share your expertise and knowledge in the mentee’s field of activity
- Regular follow-up: Participate in regular meetings (in-person or virtual) with your mentee
- Encouragement and motivation: Support the mentee as she faces the challenges she may encounter
- Networking: Facilitate the mentee’s access to your own professional network
- Feedback: Communicate regularly with the Link'Elles mentoring team about the progress of the mentoring
- Maintaining the mentor’s dedicated Google Drive folder
