La French Tech

Île-de-France, France

French Tech is a French government initiative launched in 2013 to promote the startup ecosystem in France. It aims to bring together innovation stakeholders in France, enhance the international visibility of French Tech, boost the country’s appeal, and encourage the creation and development of startups.

French Tech brings together startups, major corporations, investors, incubators, accelerators, and associations working within France’s innovation ecosystem. It is organized into several thematic communities (AI, blockchain, healthcare, etc.) and geographic communities (French Tech Aix-Marseille, French Tech Bordeaux, etc.).

French Tech also offers support programs for startups, such as the French Tech Ticket (for foreign entrepreneurs wishing to launch their startups in France), French Tech Central (for startups seeking to expand internationally), and the Pass French Tech (for hyper-growth startups).

French Tech receives financial support from the French government, as well as from private partners, such as companies and investment funds. It has become a symbol of innovation in France and has contributed to the creation of numerous successful startups.
