Confédération des PME

The Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (CPME) is an employers' organization that represents the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises in France.

It brings together business leaders from various sectors and aims to promote and defend the interests of SMEs before government authorities and social partners.

As part of its commitment to women’s entrepreneurship, the CPME has launched the Women’s Entrepreneurship (EAF) program. This program aims to support and guide women entrepreneurs in developing their businesses.

The EAF program offers a range of services and resources specifically tailored to the needs of women entrepreneurs. These include training sessions, workshops, seminars, and meetings with experts, designed to strengthen women’s entrepreneurial skills and help them overcome the specific obstacles they may face.

The EAF also encourages networking and exchange among women entrepreneurs by fostering connections and business partnerships. It provides a space for sharing experiences and best practices, allowing women entrepreneurs to benefit from the support and inspiration of their peers.

Furthermore, through the EAF program, the CPME works to raise awareness among political and economic decision-makers about issues related to women’s entrepreneurship and to promote measures that foster equal opportunities and the success of women entrepreneurs.

In summary, the Women’s Entrepreneurship Program of the Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises aims to support and guide women entrepreneurs on their entrepreneurial journey. It offers training, networking events, and professional networks to build skills, foster collaboration, and promote equal opportunities in entrepreneurship.
