Adess du Pays de Morlaix is a nonprofit organization established in 2005 under the French Law of 1901, based in the Brittany region of France. Its mission is to support social and solidarity economy initiatives in the Pays de Morlaix.

To achieve this goal, Adess provides support, training, consulting, and financing services to project leaders and social enterprises in the region. It also works in partnership with local governments and community stakeholders to develop projects that serve the public interest. Adess’s areas of focus include agriculture, food, energy, social and professional integration, culture, and sustainable tourism.
